This past Monday, Sept. 24th, some of the chamber members of Floyd and friends and family helped us celebrate StoneHaven’s opening with a ribbon cutting.  It was exciting….Finally, the hard work, the anticipation, and our faith was realized.

As one of my friends from North Carolina commented, “Congratulations, your dream came true!,” I couldn’t help but smile and remember all the declarations I had made about moving to Virginia and running a bed and breakfast over the past three years.  My enthusiastic comments were often met by well-meaning, concerned family and friends who just nicely “smiled.”

You see, Faith isn’t just something you “have.”  Nor is it something one “does.”  Faith has a VOICE. Yes, Faith causes us to believe, but if we believe, we will say so.  Faith must be expressed to be realized. As Hebrews states: “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen.”  God spoke the world into existence (Heb. 11:3), just as we must speak our lives forward. Faith moves mountains that fear hides behind.

What do you want/need moved in your life?  In your marriage?  From your finances to your children, don’t just “believe” and pray! Speak it forth!  FAITH HAS A VOICE!

I challenge you to write down those mountains you want moved. Then bring heaven down to earth as you decree “this thing.”  Job 22:28 ~ “You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.” ~NKJV

It works. I am living proof. You are made to fulfill your Destiny!  Go and speak it forth!
